Offer a one-size-fits-all approach: Our pregnancy & postpartum journeys are never the same as another's, and our approach to movement deserves to be as individualized as our experiences are. We offer customization for any of our programs and classes to ensure the best results for all.

NO Voice Over Classes: Every class is filmed in the studio with our trainers, ensuring top-notch quality and expertise.

NO Uniformity: Embracing diversity, we proudly represent real people of all shapes, sizes, and ethnicities.

NO Conformity: We challenge the mainstream narrative, empowering you to prevent Diastasis Recti and embrace the capabilities of your body.

Leading the Pre + Postnatal Fitness Frontier

Studio Bloom Online

Launched online in 2018, Studio Bloom marked the first pre + postnatal fitness offering to go virtual. As a pioneer, Brooke faced skepticism but stood firm, driven by her observations and belief in the needs of mamas. Today, Studio Bloom stands tall with a commitment to personalized fitness, offering a range of workouts and coaching styles. Brooke has expanded her team to include top pre & postnatal fitness trainers, pelvic health professionals, and nutritionists.

The Birth of The Method

Nurturing Mamas, Preventing Injuries

In 2009, Brooke delved into becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her hands-on work with hundreds of mamas led to the development of The Method, focusing on exercises to heal and prevent Diastasis Recti, incontinence, and other pregnancy-related injuries.

Tested and refined through client success, The Bloom Method's foundational techniques have empowered women worldwide. Brooke's signature move, the belly pump, has become a recognized technique for healing and preventing Diastasis Recti.
