The Bloom Method
The Bloom Method is an innovative fitness technique for women preparing for conception, pregnancy and looking for some guidance during the postpartum phase. Our hope is to empower each client through exercise and movement, providing tools to help you continue exercising throughout your pregnancy while experiencing an easier labor, healthier baby, and a more comfortable pregnancy. The Bloom Method consists of various cutting edge core techniques, breathing assessments and forms of re-patterning daily actions and movements to help women move smarter in a functional and supportive way on a daily basis. We believe that prevention of common pregnancy related issues while keeping women active throughout pregnancy and beyond is the key to a more comfortable, empowered pregnancy and birth experience, allowing each woman who works with us the strength and body awareness to enter into motherhood gracefully and stronger than imagined.
Exercise is essential during all stages of life becoming a necessity during pregnancy. Through regular exercise, many discomforts and fears associated with pregnancy can be eliminated while profound research shows that adopting the right fitness program during the 9 months of pregnancy provides endless benefits to both mom and baby.

Our cutting-edge core techniques use diaphragmatic breath and deep core engagement to keep the abdominal muscles strong as the belly grows throughout pregnancy. Both our breathing and deep core activation techniques are providing women with a connection to their core that they have never experienced, whether pre-pregnancy, currently pregnancy, or post pregnancy. During the Postpartum phase we continue our focus on the deep core to heal abdominal separation, re-connect the muscles postpartum & help you build a strong foundation in your core for life. Our techniques to help heal separation, incontinence, hernias, etc. are helping women as far as 10 years post birth heal and re-strengthen their cores.

During this session we cover the basics on how to stay connected to the core deep throughout pregnancy while addressing commong concernes such as how to push during birth, how to implement our technqiues into your daily regimen, how to re-pattern breathing and daily movements and why we believe it’s so important.

We all need a tribe, that’s why we opened our Boulder based fitness studio! We wanted to bring our expertise to small group classes, allowing for a community sweat session that doubles as an exercise, child birth intensive. While our fitness classes offer a great workout to both Prenatal & Postpartum women, we also provide you with the education & tools needed to maintain a healthy & safe pregnancy regardless of what you love to do.
