1:1 Skype Training
All new clients start with a 90 minute consult. During this time we will go over the basics of pregnancy exercise, what to avoid and how to modify, along with the foundations of my core breathing/deep core isolation exercises that can be done throughout your pregnancy and beyond. After that, clients Skype with me throughout their pregnancy whenever they need it generally purchasing a package of 3-6 Skype sessions to use at their leisure for the duration of the pregnancy and post birth.
These sessions include the importance of core training + specific exercises and techniques that I use, pelvic floor awareness and why it’s crucial during pregnancy & birth, labor training: the how’s and why’s and any other questions or guidance the client may need at that time.
Along with Skype sessions, I offer program design geared towards specific goals/needs and current trimester. The cost for the program design is $60 an hour (which generally results in 3 programs). I can design programs that are easy to do in the home or at the gym – it’s truly geared towards each clients specific needs.
One-time Foundations Session 90 mins $250
NOTE: We require all new 1:1 clients begin with an initial one-time foundation session (not required for group classes).
