Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. When scheduling, choose Yes, Add me to the Waitlist. You will be notified up to 90 MINUTES before the class if you have been moved from the waitlist and added to a class.
You will receive a confirmation email if you’ve been added to the class from the waitlist, so please check you’re email if you are on any of the waitlists! If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
All group classes require a 12 hour cancellation notice, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies.
All AutoPay and Monthly Memberships are eligible for our hold program. You may place your membership on hold one time per calendar year, for up to 2 months. All memberships are charged a $30 hold fee each month, unless otherwise discussed with TBM or the hold is due to the arrival of your little one.
**This does not include clients on maternity leave. Clients who are on auto pay must communicate with TBM that they would like to place the membership on hold prior to maternity leave and the auto pay will resume once the client returns to classes post birth. To cancel an autopay membership, TBM must receive a 30 day notice by email.
All group classes require a 12 hour cancellation notice. Private sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If a class is cancelled inside of the 12 hour window, it is considered a late cancel and you will lose the class from the package or memberships.
All members must agree to the cancellation policy in order to attend BloomFIT classes. There will be no exceptions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. All classes must be pre-paid through our online scheduling program. A valid credit card is required for all accounts.
If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the class start time, your spot may be given away to someone that is waiting.
