What is The Bloom Method?
The Bloom Method is the most cutting-edge prenatal and postnatal fitness method to hit the health scene. Our training method is recommended by OBGYNs, midwives, doulas, and physical therapists. The Method empowers expecting and postnatal women with safe and powerful workouts. We use techniques that have been proven to prevent and heal abdominal separation, prolapse, and other pregnancy injuries while preparing mamas for the biggest marathon yet—birth!

How’s it different?
The Bloom Method is a unique system that is based on solid evidence compiled by Founder, Brooke Cates, through her years of working individually with thousands of women during pregnancy, early post birth and well into motherhood. The Method combines cutting edge-core techniques, breathing practices, functional movements, strength training, Lagree [pilates] based moves, HiiT [for postnatal moms] and groundbreaking philosophies into one life-changing exercise method.
Each workout is safe, vigorous and will increase fitness level for a stronger pregnancy and a faster postpartum recovery.
Where can you find it?
In June 2018, The Bloom Method took it’s method online and launched Studio Bloom. Studio Bloom is not a program—it’s a virtual studio. Just like you would show up to any other studio you physically walk into, at Studio Bloom you join a class for what you need for the day. Inside our virtual studio you will find a library of workout videos specifically for prenatal and postnatal mamas, meditations, stretch sequences, and nutrition support. Whether you are 2 days postpartum (c-section or vaginal birth) or you just found out you are pregnant, we have classes and series that will support you in healing post-birth, preventing injury and strengthening your body for birth.

Meet Brooke Cates
Founder of The Bloom Method & Studio Bloom
Brooke created The Bloom Method with a desire to empower women before, during, and after pregnancy. She is a Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Specialist, Core Rehabilitation Specialist and Prenatal and Postnatal Holistic Health Coach. Brooke was motivated to provide women with tools to help support their pregnancies, encourage them during birth, and to prevent common pregnancy-related issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor incontinence, and prolapse.
